Jim McElroy

He knows The UPS Store business because he's lived it.

Jim was with Mail Boxes Etc. and The UPS Store from 1994 to 2019. Over that time, he helped develop more than 300 stores across the Southeast, selected sites, negotiated leases, supported and trained owners, owned and operated successful locations of his own, and became a multiple award winner in franchise development and support.

Today, ABC is solely focused on transactions involving established locations of The UPS Store. Jim analyzes the cash flow and financial records, values and markets the business, qualifies and matches the buyer, helps structure the deal, and stays involved through corporate review, financing, lease coordination, transfer, and closing. He also remains available as the new owner takes over the operation.
